New bike attraction scheduled to come to Columbia in spring of 2018

The LoCOMOtion Party Bike company has announced they will bring 14-person party bikes to Columbia starting in spring of 2018.

“Columbia has such a vibrant downtown, and this will add to the attraction of being downtown,” LoCOMOtion Party Bike co-owner Cara Owings said.

Owings has been in conversations with the city of Columbia, the Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau and The District about working together to bring the business to the downtown area.

Owings said the parameters and routes are being finalized, and all that is left is to secure the financing.
