Paxton Keeley Elementary School evacuated for gas odor

Paxton Keeley Elementary School has been evacuated for a gas odor.

All of the students have been evacuated and are safe. Parents recieved a text message alerting them of the evacuation.

ABC 17 crews are headed to the scene to confirm more details.

According to a second text message sent to parents, Ameren and emergency officials have cleared the scene and students have returned to the building.
