Miller County deputies arrest two on suspicion of child neglect

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Brumley residents Friday after investigating a report of child neglect.

Shainiya Birdtail and Ronald Bowlin are facing charges of child endangerment, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both are being held in the Miller County jail on a $75,000 bond.

The Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division assisted with the investigation.
