Greitens’ deputy chief of staff leaving to become vice president of electric cooperative association

Governor Eric Greitens’s deputy chief of staff, Caleb Jones, is leaving to become vice president of The Association of Electric Cooperatives.

The Association of Electric Cooperatives represents 47 electric cooperatives.

Greitens said he is grateful for Jones’s service and is sorry to see him go.

Jones had previously stepped down from his Columbia-area seat in the Missouri House to work for Greitens.

The association said Jones’s work as a lawmaker will support legislation that would benefit the organization.
