Callaway County deputies arrested Kathleen Morey after she fled from officers on September 23.

According to the complaint, a deputy was attempting pull over Morey’s vehicle, when Morey resisted the stop and fled the scene.

Deputies said Morey fled in such a way that created a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to other people.

Deputies said Morey was driving on County Road 269 at speeds in excess of 80 mph and forced other traffic to the side of the road.

During another part of the chase, deputies said Morey exceeded another speed limit of 35 mph by traveling at a speed of 51 mph.
