Continued dry, warming by the weekend
TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies will allow temperatures to drop back into the upper 40s by early Thursday morning with light northwesterly winds under 10 mph.
THURSDAY: Temperatures will remain mild, reaching the mid to upper 70s in the afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Wind will shift to the west at 5-10 mph. The weather looks comfortable for Thursday Night Live in Jefferson City as temperatures fall through the 60s in the evening hours.
EXTENDED: We’ll start to warm up Friday as high temperatures reach into the low 80s, but the humidity will remain low. It looks like another comfortable evening for SportZone Football Friday as temperatures will start in the upper 70s at 7 pm and drop to near 70 by 9 PM. The weekend looks dry and warm with high temperatures in the lower 80s and nights in the mid to upper 50s as the dry weather pattern continues. The Tigers will have good weather Saturday for the game against South Carolina. Tailgaters will have warm weather in the afternoon with temperatures near 80 for kick-off at 6PM, dropping to the low 70s by 9 PM.
