Child death in Quail Drive fire ruled accidental

Autospy results have ruled that 4-year-old Zadrian Harper’s death was an accident. Harper died fom his injuries after a fire at 2706 Quail Drive in May.

Assistant Fire Marshal Joel Pauley confirmed that the fire started in the living room sofa, and was caused by the child playing with a lighter.

No criminal charges came from this case.

ABC 17 News previously reported that police said one adult and four children were home when the flames broke out, including Harper.
