AMBER Alert canceled for Kansas City 2-year-old
UPDATE: The child is safe and the suspects were taken into custody.
ORIGINAL STORY: An AMBER Alert has been issued for a Kansas City, Kansas 2-year-old that was abducted from the 1700 block of South 35th Street at 12:53 p.m. on Friday.
The missing person is Jace Brunt. Brunt is a 2-year-old black male. He was last seen wearing a dark tank top or t-shirt and pajama pants with no shoes. The suspect’s vehicle is a white Dodge Charger with rear end and rear driver side damage.
The suspect is 25-year-old Joshua Brunt. He is described as being a black man that is six feet and one inch tall with brown eyes, black hair and tattoos on his arms and neck. He was last seen wearing a tank top and red shorts.
The second suspect is 24-year-old Jasmine Brunt. She is described as being a black female that is being five feet and two inches tall, 150 pounds with brown eyes and brown braided hair in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a spaghetti strap tank top and green basketball shorts.
