Two juveniles in custody, one arrested after 15-year old shot at Parks Edge Place
UPDATE: According to court documents Hurd and the two minors were at the victim’s house to ask for marijuana. Documents say they had knowledge that the victim sold marijuana.
The 15-year old victim told police that after giving them the drugs, Hurd shot him in the chest. The victim was taken to a local hospital by authorities. There is no new information on the victim’s health at this time.
Hurd’s bond was posted at $100,00 for each charge totalling $300,000.
ORIGINAL STORY: Two minors were taken into custody and one 18-year old was arrested Tuesday in relation to a shooting that left a 15-year old with life-threatening injuries.
A 15-year old was shot Tuesday at Parks Edge Place around 3 p.m and suffered life-threatening injuries.
The first minor was taken into custody around 7 p.m yesterday, the second around 8 p.m. Both were for robbery in the first degree.
Johnny Annur Hurd Jr, 18, was arrested around 11:15 p.m. for armed criminal action, first-degree assault, and robbery.
