Department of Agriculture orders farmers to stop using Dicamba

The Missouri director of agriculture is issuing a Stop Sale, Use or Removal order for all agricultural products containing the ingredient dicamba.

Dicamba is a popular herbicide used by farmers. The state says it has received more than 130 drift complaints in 2017 related to that chemical.

The Missouri Farm Bureau said in a statement that the chemical has damaged crops across the state.
