Camdenton woman drowns at Lake of the Ozarks

A Camdenton woman has died after drowning at the Lake of the Ozarks on Thursday.

Ruth Claussen, 87, suffered an unknown medical problem and fell into the water. Claussen was found face down near the dock on the 16 mile marker and was pronounced dead.

This is the fifth drowning for Troop F this year.
