Saturday afternoon brings mild temps and abundant sunshine
TODAY: The afternoon will warm to the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies. Sunshine and dry weather will stick around for the entire day with northwesterly winds around 10 mph calming into the evening. Tonight, temperatures will cool to the lower 60s under mostly clear skies and low humidity.
SUNDAY: The last day of the weekend will be another perfect day to spend outside. Dry weather and abundant sunshine will continue to dominate Mid-Missouri. Temperatures will reach into the upper 70s by the afternoon with light northwesterly winds under 9 mph.
EXTENDED: We will slowly warm up early next week, nearing the average mark by the middle of next week. There is a slight chance of showers and a few storms by Monday afternoon with rain amounts up to a quarter inch. High temperatures will stay in the upper 70s Monday, climbing to the mid 80s by Wednesday as humidity increases by mid-week bringing storm chances from Wednesday through Friday.
