Trial set for man charged in hit-and-run

A trial date is scheduled for a Fulton man charged with second-degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident.

A Grand Jury indicted Ralph Ringer in September 2016. He’s suspected of killing 36-year-old Kiran Lamichhane outside of ABC Labs where he worked. Ringer allegedly left the scene after hitting Lamichhane, who died from his injuries. Police suspect Ringer might have been drunk at the time.

Ringer’s trial is scheduled to start August 15.
