Shooting at War Admiral Drive and Triple Crown Drive

Columbia Police officers were called to 26 Business Loop 70 East, Loop Liquor and Convenience Store, at 3:13 p.m. on Monday because of a verbal disturbance.

The occupants of two vehicles in the parking lot were engaged in an argument before leaving the area.

At the same time officers were called to the disturbance, a report of shots heard in the area of War Admiral Drive and Triple Crown Drive was reported.

The vehicle descriptions provided by the report matched the suspect vehicles that had been in the verbal disturbance on Business Loop.

Officers found multiple shell casings in the area of War Admiral Drive and Triple Crown Drive. Witnesses reported occupants of one of the vehicles shot at the other vehicle. There have been no reported injuries or property damage as a result of the fired rounds.
