LSU tops Mizzou; losing streak stretches to five games

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ

The Mizzou men's basketball team could not muster enough offense to keep pace with the the other Tigers, as LSU won 75-55.

Former MU guard Xavier Pinson got a win over his former team, ending with 10 points and three assists in the outing.

Senior Javon Pickett, once again, led Mizzou in scoring through the loss, with 14 points along with three rebounds and seven assists.

It is the first time that a losing streak has reached five games in head coach Cuonzo Martin's time with the Tigers. Up next - the Tigers will travel to Columbia, South Carolina to meet the Gamecocks on March 1.
