Spotty storms by this evening

TODAY: Weakening storms moving across northern Missouri in the morning could affect NW mid-Mo later this morning. Most areas will be dry until afternoon with an increasing chance of storms through the evening hours. Most of Mid-Missouri is under a slight severe risk for possible strong wind gusts of 58 mph or greater or hail the size of quarters or greater.

TONIGHT: A chance of thunderstorms continue into the evening hours, decreasing in likelihood by the morning. Skies will remain mostly cloudy with temps in the lower 70s. There will be a slight breeze out of the SW up to 8 mph.
