Boone County man charged with rape, sodomy of 10-year-old
A Boone County man was charged with two counts of statutory rape and three counts of statutory sodomy.
On January 14, 2015, the 10-year-old victim told authorities that Ray Juniel had engaged in sexual intercourse and sexual deviate intercourse with her regularly.
Juniel has lived on LaSalle Place since April 2013, according to utility records.
