Breezy and pleasant Thursday afternoon

TODAY: This afternoon will finally start a dry spell that will carry us through the rest of the week. Outside of a few showers east of Hwy 63, today will be mostly sunny and breezy. Winds through the day will be out of the north, gusting up to 35 mph. Despite the sunshine, it will still be below average temperature wise, as highs only climb to near 60 degrees.

TONIGHT: Clouds will break this evening from west to east with skies clearing late. Temperatures will reach the mid to upper 40s overnight with northeasterly winds under 15 mph and gusts up to 20.

EXTENDED: Friday is looking dry and sunny with no rain at this time for the upcoming weekend. The breeze still stays with us through Friday with winds gusting to 26 mph during the day. High temperatures will climb into the mid 60s Friday and lower 70s this weekend. Through most of next week we stay on the dry side, outside of showers returning as we head into the middle of next week. High temperatures will reach near 80 by Wednesday.
