Woman flown to hospital after rollover crash in Howard County

A Rolla woman was seriously injured in a rollover crash on Highway 5 Saturday afternoon.

The crash happened near County Road 303 around 5:30 p.m.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the driver, Kaitlyn Robert, 22, was driving northbound when she crossed the center line and lost control of her car. Her car went off the road, flipped and hit a fence.

Troopers said Robert was ejected from the car. She was flown to University Hospital to be treated for her injuries.

According to the crash report, she wasn’t wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
