Two Rock Bridge students arrested for plot to kill assistant principal

UPDATE 1/24: According to official documents, the assistant principal was emailed by the step-mother of one of the students, saying that two students were plotting to kill her. The step-mother was using a texting application to watch her step-son’s text messages, which is how she was able to get the text conversation.

The conversation was between Vincent and a minor, which is detailed below:

Vincent asked the minor to kill the assistant principal.

Minor: “Mrs. N? Gladly.”

Vincent: “Do it.” (He also said that “murder has no bounds.”)

Minor: “Ok.”

ORIGINAL STORY: A Rock Bridge High School Resource Officer was notified of a string of text messages between Jacob Vincent and a male juvenile, 14, that discussed a “plot to kill” a female victim.

Vincent was arrested at 4303 Providence Road on Friday at 10:00 a.m. for making a terrorist threat with an unknown bond. The juvenile was taken into custody for the same charge with disposition to be handled by the Juvenile Court.
