Arctic air to return end of January

Enjoy these nice spring temperatures through the weekend and into mid week next next week. A shift in the upper level winds will bring the next arctic air to Missouri By Thursday night and Friday of next week. Temperatures look to drop to the mid 20s by Thursday night with temperatures only touching the mid 30s Friday through Sunday of next week. The last few days of January and into February look bitterly cold with lows in the teens and possible single digits through February 2.
