Shots fired on Nelwood Drive
ABC 17 News has confirmed that shots were fired on Nelwood Drive on Thursday. Nelwood Drive is located just off Quail Drive in northeast Columbia.
Evidence and witness testimony indicates that two youths had guns and were shooting them at random.
When police arrived, both of them had disappeared from the area.
Nothing was hit, but shell casings were found.
Police said Thursday they believe the youths were not targeting anything in particular and police will continue the investigation but so far there are no suspects.
