Tracking a warmup into the weekend

TONIGHT: Cold air sticks around tonight. Temperatures will drop into the single digits overnight, with a slight breeze making it feel even colder. At worst, it may feel like subzero temperatures early Friday.

FRIDAY: After a cold start, temperatures will make their greatest jump in two days, with highs expected in the mid 20's. Southerly flow returns and carries us into the weekend.

EXTENDED: We jump into the 40’s on Saturday as we track our next shot at some rain to start the weekend. Temperatures Saturday will be warmer than average. Showers will push in by the evening but look to move east before some cold air can catch up to it. Highs on Sunday will back off into the 30’s, where they’ll stay on Monday before we get back to the upper 40’s by the middle of next week.
