Final development plan could be approved for south Columbia neighborhood

The Boone County Commission is set to review a final development plan for a new south Columbia subdivision Tuesday night.

Beacon Street Properties has requested an approval of its final plan for Heath Hills Estates at 7770 S. High Point Lane.

The estate is about 70.04 acres.

Beacon Properties employees said Tuesday that they would not comment on the subdivision.

ABC17 News will attend the meeting Tuesday night to find out more about the new subdivision.
