Three arrested in Columbia after being pulled over in stolen vehicle

Officers attempted a traffic stop on Sexton Road and Business Loop 70 West with a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Kansas City, MO on Dec. 13

A traffic stop was eventually conducted near the connector, causing I-70 eastbound to be temporarily shut down. The occupants in the vehicle were identified as Brandon Palmer, Misha Hill and Herman Johnson.

Palmer was the driver, and was arrested for felony tampering, with a bond to be set by the court.

Hill was arrested for misdemeanor tampering, with a bond to be set by the court.

Johnson was arrested for misdemeanor tampering, with a bond to be set by the court and a felony probation and parole warrant with a cash only bond of $5,000.
