Dry Saturday with Light Rain on Sunday

The weekend will start off cold in the morning on Saturday with a wind chill of 10-15 in the morning. We’ll start off the day with a mostly sunny sky on Saturday with clouds increasing during the day. Southerly winds will help temperatures reach the low 40s-right at average for December 10 and 11. A low pressure system will track across northern Missouri on Sunday bringing a chance for during the the day. Rain will not be heavy, and amounts will range from .10” to .20″ by Sunday night.

The rain chance looks to increase from 9AM-12PM for those west of US 63. Light rain increases for those east in the afternoon, ending through 9PM-10PM closer to I-44. Surface temperatures will be above freezing at this time when rain begins, freezing temperatures look to move in by 12AM-4AM on Monday morning.
