TODAY: A mixture of sun and clouds is likely as we head into the afternoon hours. This all comes as a cold front with very little precipitation tracks through the area. Northerly winds will persist, keeping today the coolest day of the next 7 days with a high near 62.
TONIGHT: Skies will clear bringing one of the coolest nights of the season so far. Temperatures will drop to the upper 30s for most spots late tonight. Frost will be possible, especially near low elevations closer to the Gasconade River, Chariton River, and the Grand River.
EXTENDED: After a chilly morning on Friday, we’ll have plenty of sun with temperatures in the mid 60s in the afternoon. We’ll start warming up for the weekend with highs near 70 Saturday and into the mid 70s Sunday and nights dropping to the mid 40s under mostly clear skies.
