Vehicle fire causing congested traffic near Stadium and Providence

Boone County EMA reports traffic is congested in central Columbia due to a vehicle fire.

It happened just after 7:00 Thursday morning near Stadium and Providence.

Public dispatch notes show one emergency unit is on the scene.

ABC 17 News has a crew on the way to scene working to find out what caused the fire and if anyone was hurt. We’ll update this story as we learn more.
