UM Board of Curators schedules meeting for Friday

The University of Missouri Board of Curators has scheduled a meeting Friday on the Columbia campus.

A statement from the curators says the meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m., at University Hall. The statement also says the board will go into an executive session about five minutes into the meeting.

The curators met earlier this month to continue searching for a new UM system president. One name that emerged was Roderick McDavis, the president of Ohio University. The curators said they are on track to name a new president by the end of the year.

ABC 17 News will have crews at the meeting on Friday. We’ll bring you coverage live on air and online.
