West Broadway Swim Club issues statement after DNR investigation

The West Broadway Swim Club issued a statement on Facebook Wednesday afternoon after being investigated by the Department of Natural Resources.

The DNR said the club was not in compliance with the clean water commission regulations. The club was accused of dumping 100,000 gallons of chlorinated pool water into a nearby river without a permit, leaving 251 fish dead.
