Lake Ozark authorities investigating Kohl’s burglary

The Lake Ozark Police Department is searching for two suspects after a retail store was broken into over the weekend.

According to police, they received an alarm warning from Kohl’s off Goldie Prewitt Memorial Parkway in Lake Ozark around 5:52 Saturday morning.

Officers found the suspects entered the retail store through a back door after they were unable to get in through the front doors.

Inside of the store, the suspects smashed several display cases and took some of the items.

Surveillance camera footage showed the two masked individuals were inside of the store for less then 4 minutes.

Police believe the suspects are two white males in their early 20’s.

The men may have parked their vehicle near the store.

Kohl’s has not released what was taken or how much it was worth.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives with the Lake Ozark Police Department at 573-365-5371.
