Man arrested nearly one month after burglary

A man is out on bond, but could faces charges after police said they found him with a stolen gun and drugs.

Nickolas Tyler was arrest around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night. Police said the arrest happened nearly a month after a woman reported her home was broken into and that a gun and prescription pills were stolen.

The victim told police she believed Tyler was responsible for the burglary because his girlfriend used to clean the victim’s home. The victim said Tyler knew where the gun and prescriptions were located in the house.

Police said they found the stolen items at Tyler’s home during a search warrant.

He’s now facing possible drug, gun and stealing charges.
