Three hospitalized after head-on crash on WW in Boone County

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed three people were taken to the hospital after a head-on crash in Boone County Friday night.

The crash happened on WW near Purdy Lane just after 8:00 p.m.

Parts of WW were blocked off while crews responded to the scene.

Two women and a child were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The Highway Patrol is still investigating what may have caused the crash.
