Alleged arsonist who posted $5 million bond last year arrested again
Mehrdad Fotoohighiam was arrested Thursday for a Misdemeanor Arrest for Violation of an Order of Protection with no bond.
On August 27, Fotoohighiam used a third party subject to contact a victim who had an Order of Protection against him.
Last year, Fotoohighiam was arrested for first-degree arson, and posted a $5 million bond. He was accused of paying an employee $500 to burn down a woman’s house off of Rock Quarry Road.
