Deadly crash in Howard County

A crash involving two vehicles and a tractor left one dead in Howard County Sunday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol believes one car hit the tractor, pushing it into a car driven by Billy Swaringam of New Franklin.

76-year-old Swaringam was pronounced dead at the scene. Another driver suffered moderate injuries.

The crash happened on Highway Five, about fifteen minutes north of Boonville.
