East St Louis shooting kills 1, injures t least 2 others

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (AP) — Police say a shooting in suburban St. Louis has left one person dead and at least two others injured. Police say a man in his 20s died at the scene in East St. Louis, Illinois, and another person was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries. Local news reports say two other people also were taken to area hospitals. Additional details are not immediately available.
