Mizzou hoops gets blown out at home by Kansas City
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Mizzou men's basketball team lost at home to Kansas City 80-66 on Monday night. It was the Roos first win of the season as they improve to 1-2 overall.
This is Kansas City's second straight win over the Tigers. The Roos also beat MU at Mizzou Arena back in 2014, 69-61.
Evan Gilyard II led Kansas City with a game-high 28 points. Kobe Brown led the way for the Tigers with 20 points.
Mizzou is now 1-1 on the season. Up next - The Tigers will host Northern Illinois on Thursday at 7 p.m.
