One person injured in crash on Highway 40
A Boonville man was taken to the hospital after crashing his car in Boone County early Sunday morning.
The crash happened on Highway 40 near Rocheport Gravel Road around 5:15 a.m.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the driver, Patrick McCasland, drove off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
He was taken to University Hospital with moderate injuries.
