Hallsville Area Family Clinic joins Boone Medical Group
Boone Medical Group and Boone Hospital Center are officially taking over the Hallsville Area Family Clinicon Route B in Hallsville.
The new ownership will take effect May first.
Those who run the non-profit are blaming new regulations under the affordable care act.
This announcement comes just one week after the chairman of the Hallsville medical clinc said he was in the final stages of discussions with Boone Hospitals to transfer ownership of the clinic to them.
