Road work planned for next week in Columbia

Drivers in Columbia will need to be aware of some changes in the central part of the city next week.

MoDOT is planning to completely close southbound Rangeline this Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Detours will go from Vandiver to Providence Road. It’s part of the ongoing project replacing three overpasses on I-70 in the area.

The project is expected to be complete by next October.
