Three people hurt in Miller County car crash

Three people are recovering after a two-car crash in Miller County Saturday.

Around 2:15 a.m., the driver of a pickup lost control on an icy road and hit a semi truck, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Two men in the pickup, Brandon Chapman, 26, and Austin Chittenden, 23, were taken to University Hospital in serious condition.

Hospital officials told ABC 17 News Sunday morning that one of the men is still in the hospital in fair condition.

A young woman in the pickup was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.
