Fulton man arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting child

A Fulton man is behind bars after reportedly sexually assaulting a child and having drugs Saturday.

Callaway County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a child sexual assault in the 6000 block of Laurlake Drive near Fulton, just before 3:00 a.m.

Deputies determined Justin Gordon, 21, made sexual contact with a child younger than 14 years old at the home.

Deputies later arrested Gordon on suspicion of first degree child molestation, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Gordon is currently being held in the Callaway County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
