Chilly temps mean frosty windshields: here are the laws in CoMo

Temperatures are officially dropping into the 20s, and it’s only going to get colder as the winter continues.

Columbia has a law which states that you must remove all frost and ice from your windshield and windows before you begin to drive. The law also states that your windshield must be equipped with wipers.

Additionally, the Missouri Driver Guide says you must have your headlights on if weather conditions require you to use your windshield wipers.
