One person rescued from flood waters in Columbia

Crews responded to a stranded vehicle on Blackfoot Road shortly after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Water was covering Blackfoot, which is just of north Stadium Boulevard in Columbia.

One person was rescued and was not injured.

The road is taped off where the water starts. Our ABC 17 News crew saw several people stopping abruptly before hitting the flooded area.
