Two injured following crash on Highway 54 in Fulton
Two people were injured following a rollover crash in Fulton Monday afternoon.
Fulton Police Chief Steve Myers told ABC 17 News on Monday the crash happened at around 3:30 p.m.
A pickup truck that was driving east on Highway 54 rolled over several times and stopped in the westbound lanes after colliding with a tractor trailer that was also driving east.
The passenger was thrown from the pickup and the driver was trapped in the wreckage.
The driver was extricated from the pickup and was taken to University Hospital in Columbia by life flight helicopter, and the passenger was was taken by ambulance.
The extent of their injuries is unknown.
