Police: semi-truck driver cuts off van carrying disabled people, keeps driving
ABC 17 News confirmed a semi-truck driver might have cut off a van with disabled people inside, before leaving the scene of the rollover crash near the connector in Columbia.
It happened just before 2 p.m. Friday on Highway 63 near I-70 at the connector. ABC 17 News heard traffic was backed up as far as West Boulevard on I-70 eastbound.
