Man arrested at church for sexual misconduct

A man faces sexual misconduct charges in Cole County after he is arrested at a church.

Deputies arrested Quincy Roy just after 10:30 Wednesday morning at St. Peters Church on Broadway Street in Jefferson City.

Investigators said Roy was inside the building when two workers apparently saw him touching himself indecently.

After arresting him, authorities said Roy said he needed help and was off his medication.

Roy is still in the Cole County Jail.
