Two teens hurt in Osage County car crash
Two people are recovering after a car crash in Osage County.
It happened on Highway 89 just north of County Road 265 Friday night, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Ethan Lee, 17, from Linn crossed the center line and tried to hit a mailbox with a baseball bat, the highway patrol said. Lee lost control of his car and drove off the side of the road hitting a fence and rolling over.
Emergency crews took Lee and passenger Nicholas Ray, 17, from Linn to University Hospital.
Ray remains in serious condition Saturday night, University Hospital said.
