Seven arrested in Boonville MUSTANG drug bust

Seven people were arrested following a drug bust involving Boonville Police and the MUSTANG Drug Task Force.

After a year long investigation, 20 people were indicted on the sale of a controlled substance.

An undercover operation revealed those charged were selling meth, crack cocaine, marijuana, and prescription pills.

45-year-old Diego Harmon of New Franklin was charged with 2 counts of distributing a controlled substance near a school. His bond was set at $100,000.

37-year-old Jeffrey Summers of Boonville was was charged with one count of distribution of a controlled substance near a school. His bond was set at $75,000.

57-year-old Jackie Cowans of Boonville was charged with one count of distributing a controlled substance near a school with a bond of $100,000.

55-year-old Peggy Leonard of Boonville is charged with one count of distributing a controlled substance near a school.

23-year-old Megan Triebsch-Leavell of Glasgow was charged with one count of distributing a controlled substance and two counts of accessory to distribute a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $100,000.

45-year-old Michael Williams of Boonville was charged with one count of distributing a controlled substance near a school, with a bond of $100,000.
