Mini dirt bike driver hurt in crash
A mini dirt bike rider was hurt after crashing into a car in central Columbia early Friday. The accident happened at the intersection of College Avenue and Walnut Street at around 3 a.m.
Officers at the scene say the rider was on the sidewalk, and when he tried to cross a street he ran into a car. The rider was taken to a local hospital; his current condition is unknown.
